How does the DI Point System works? Well, every time you refer our service to another person that is interested in our service you gain one point each time when that person uses our service. You will need 10 points to redeem to get a free one year service for the Drake Illusion ERP System. You will gain access to the professional pricing plan service. You will get all the features from that plan. Depending on the price plan selected, the customer is entitle to have a software development service with their ERP system. Nevertheless, this is restricted to the ERP system experience. This means that the customer can request a feature that the ERP system is lacking and would be a business benefit to their organization. This can be for example from new shipping carrier, e-commerce platform, or B2B integration. The customer can redeem their free development service through their customer representative at Drake Illusion.

The onboarding process usually takes 1 to 5 days. During the onboarding process, a Drake Illusion employee will work with the customer to have the best setup as possible. There will be additional documentation that the customer needs to fill-up and submit during this period. After the onboarding process is completed, the 15 days trial will begin.
